Department of Food Science, University of Manitoba, seeks a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Seminar Leader for HNSC 3400 in Fall 2026. Start September 9, 2026; end December 23, 2026. Work 0–20 hours per week, up to 35 total hours. Undergraduate rate $21.82/hr (vacation pay); graduate rate $24.29/hr (vacation pay). Requirements: B.Sc. in Human Nutritional Sciences or Food Science preferred, with completion of HNSC 3400 or equivalent; robust command of English and ability to assist in instruction
