You will provide direction, leadership, and planning for building infrastructure, utilities, and maintenance, guiding the Plant Operations and Maintenance teams 24/7 to ensure secure, compliant operations. You will manage the budget, lead staff development, coordinate trades, and ensure adherence to regulatory codes while driving continuous improvements and cost efficiency across the site.
