Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate, negotiate, and evaluate claims of varying complexities
• Maintain control over claim expenses proactively




• Obtain necessary managerial approvals for claims over authority
• Support litigation processes and manage mediation efforts
• Direct external vendor partners as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years of claims handling experience
• Completed post-secondary education
• CIP designation or similar preferred
• Robust problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
