As a Warehouse Equipment Operator at Cozey, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily core activities, using your forklift and reach truck to enhance workflow. Your attention to detail will ensure high performance across shipping, receiving, and inventory auditing. Your experience and safety practices will influence the operational standards of our new distribution center.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Reach and Forklift within the warehouse
• Carry out shipping and receiving on time
• Lead initiatives for warehouse process improvements
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety practices
• Assume accountability for task execution
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in warehouse operations
• Valid forklift and reach operator certification
• Capable of lifting up to 49 lbs (22 kg)
• Attention to multi-step processes
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
