customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.Must be effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments.Comfortable working from heights and using a ladderAn accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitudeAbility to work efficiently and effectively within a team workplace, completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elementsWhat will you do:We want our Technicians to become masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them.Ensure customers heating, ventilation, and air-condition equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority's codes and municipal building codes and standards.Follow all Energy Star installation processes and procedures.Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote all various HVAC optionsComplete general and specific HVAC equipment inspectionsMaintain a clean, fully stocked vehiclePromote our products and services on every callProvide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers homeFeel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.Contribute to our high standards of health and safetyPlease note that this job description is intended to outline the general responsibilities and qualifications for the Technician positions.
