POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a pool lifeguard for the Manoir Pierrefond residence. Seasonal position, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. depending on the weather.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitor and ensure the safety of bathers
- Perform rescues and first aid as needed
- Raising public awareness about safety measures to adopt around the pool and in the water.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:




- National Lifeguard Certificate issued by the Lifesaving Society, dated no more than 2 years ago
- Canadian Red Cross Society water safety instructor certificate and Royal Canadian Lifesaving Society instructor certificate dated no more than 2 years ago (asset)
- First Aid Training - General (16 hours) dated no more than 3 years ago.
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
