Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a candidate to join a leading bank in Toronto on a hybrid basis. The project is an intraday liquidity transformation, moving to near real-time reporting. This regulatory initiative requires extensive updates to operational procedures, and documentation across Corporate Treasury and Market Risk.
Responsibilities
• Document and update approximately 37 operational procedures impacted by the new intraday liquidity platform.
• Work with first and second line of defence stakeholders to capture and validate current and future-state processes.
• Translate complex business processes into clear, user-friendly procedural documentation.
• Support regulatory, controls, and audit-ready documentation requirements.
• Facilitate discussions with SMEs and ask the right questions to gather required information.
• Maintain documentation standards and ensure consistency across procedures.
