As a Surgical Assistant with LASIK MD, you will engage in ensuring every patient receives the best surgical care. Your responsibilities include preparing the OR, coordinating with the ophthalmologist, and becoming familiar with advanced surgical instruments. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare surgical instruments and the operating room
• Assist the surgeon with procedures and patient placement
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols
• Master the use of cutting-edge ophthalmic technology
• Work efficiently with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in health care settings preferred
• Strong digital literacy, especially with Microsoft tools
• Bilingual: English and advanced French proficiency required
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 am
