Role : Quadient Inspire Architect

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quadient Inspire Architect to join our team and play a key role in delivering customer communication management (CCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in Quadient Inspire development, document composition, data integration, and enterprise communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire.
- Create and maintain templates, workflows, and document generation processes utilizing Inspire Designer, Scaler, and Interactive modules.
- Develop and optimize scripts using Groovy, JavaScript, XML, JSON, SQL, and related technologies.
- Integrate and map data from multiple sources to generate personalized and compliant communications.
- Manage document composition, data extraction, document transformation, and output generation requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.




- Ensure compliance with postal regulations and industry best practices for mail preparation and delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and project delivery activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire implementation and development.
- In-depth knowledge of Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler, and Interactive modules.
- Experience with Groovy, JavaScript, XML, JSON, SQL, Camunda, and Kafka.
- Solid understanding of document composition, customer communications management (CCM), data extraction, and document management concepts.
- Experience with data integration, transformation, and data mapping using Quadient Inspire or similar CCM tools.
- Knowledge of mail preparation processes, postal regulations, and output management best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
