HealthCareCAN in Peace River invites an Instructor to design and deliver education for nursing staff and a multidisciplinary clinical team. You will lead education programs, coordinate orientation and ongoing development, and partner with leaders to improve clinical standards and patient safety in a correctional health setting. You will mentor staff, debrief after critical events, and advance evidence-informed practice in collaboration with management.
