In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and delegating tasks to team members according to Legacy Co-op's policies. You’ll engage in performance management, communicate frequently with team members, and onboard new employees. Additionally, you will operate the POS system and assist with essential store duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee workflow and delegate tasks
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing performance feedback
• Train and onboard recent staff members effectively




• Lead operations of Point-of-Sale system
• Perform general food store responsibilities as required
Requirements:
• Previous supervisory experience in a retail setting
• Strong communication and tech skills
• Experience in customer service and merchandising
• Knowledge of grocery operations and commitment to learning
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical duties
