- Offer legal insight on corporate, procurement, and regulatory matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal instruments
- Assess compliance obligations and legal risks
- Deliver strategic legal guidance to internal stakeholders
- Facilitate updates on policies and regulatory practicesRequirements:
- Law degree and Bar Association membership
- 7–10 years of relevant legal practice experience
