• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
• Conduct resident clinical assessments
• Administer medicines per regulations
• Coordinate resident care assignments
• Educate residents and families on care options
Requirements:
• Active registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Previous experience in senior care preferred
• Education in community or long-term care is valuable
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
