You will collaborate closely with site management and employees to embed proactive safety practices and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead detailed risk analyses, audits, and inspections to ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.Develop, deliver, and oversee advanced health and safety training programs for leaders and employees.Manage incident investigations, develop corrective actions, and promote a culture of continuous learning.Oversee PPE use,
