This role reports directly to the Plant Manager and requires a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, alongside 3-5 years of relevant experience. You’ll evaluate manufacturing processes, implement recent capital equipment, and execute LEAN techniques to optimize workflow and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes and workflows • Conduct time studies and standardize work practices • Purchase and manage new capital equipment for production • Design manufacturing processes meeting customer requirements • Lead value stream mapping for business improvement
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering • 3-5 years experience in manufacturing or assembly • Proficient in CAD software like AutoCAD and SolidWorks • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma practices • Strong leadership and communication skills
