At Loblaw Companies Limited, this position reports to the Director of Pharmacy Operations and is responsible for receiving, preparing and delivering Rx accurately and timely. It ensures adequate inventory levels to meet patients’ needs and provides counseling with appropriate documentation to all patients. The role involves providing friendly, positive, pro‑active interaction with all internal and external customers, creating awareness and educating customers through public relations.
