Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals according to planned menus
• Ensure accuracy in meal timing and presentation
• Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously
• Record daily audits of temperature in storage areas
• Participate in planning special meal events
Requirements:
• Must possess a Food Handler's Certificate
• Experience in healthcare food services preferred
• Knowledge of food regulations and guidelines
• Must handle heavy loads and remain on feet
• Vulnerable Sector Check requires completion
