TODA Pay is an international fintech company operating in the digital payments and financial infrastructure space across multiple jurisdictions. We support high-growth payment operations with multi-currency transactions, crypto payments, and complex corporate structures.

Requirements

- 4+years of experience in account management or partnerships in fintech/ PSP/ payments.
- Strong experience working with high-risk industries (gambling, betting, forex).
- Solid understanding of payment processing, APMs, card acquiring, and payment flows.
- Experience managing B2B clients and strategic accounts.
- Fluent English (written and spoken, Upper-Intermediate).

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Relations

- Manage and develop relationships with assigned B2B merchant accounts.
- Take ownership of strategic clients transferred from the Sales team.
- Build long-term partnerships and act as the main point of contact for merchants via written and verbal communication.

Merchant Growth & Payment Optimization

- Identify client needs and propose appropriate payment solutions from our product portfolio.
- Support merchant expansion by launching new payment methods and entering new GEOs.




- Develop growth strategies for key merchants and oversee performance plans.

Performance Monitoring

- Track payment metrics including volume, conversion rates.
- Analyze payment performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Operational Coordination

- Coordinate merchant onboarding and payment solution launches.
- Work closely with other departments (Tech, Support, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal).
- Handle complex client escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Commercial Development

- Prepare commercial proposals and participate in negotiations.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Contribute to merchant retention and revenue growth.
