Key Responsibilities:
• Follow care plans dictated by supervisors
• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Report observations on client health effectively
• Prepare healthy meals and maintain cleanliness
• Engage with residents to promote emotional well-being
Requirements:
• Completion of a Health Care Aide program
• Experience in community health with seniors
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Recommended Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Willingness to undergo a Vulnerable Sector Check
