We're looking for a skilled 2nd Year Cladding Installer to join our team in the Red Deer/Blackfalds, Alberta area. This is a great chance for someone with foundational experience looking to continue building their career in the construction trades. Responsibilities:
Install exterior cladding systems (metal, ACM, etc.) with increasing independence Accurately measure, cut, and fit cladding materials to specification Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Assist in mentoring 1st year installers and apprentices Identify and troubleshoot minor installation issues Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite Assist with material handling,
equipment setup, and site coordination Requirements
Minimum 2 year of hands-on cladding installation experience Working knowledge of cladding materials, tools, and installation techniques Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions A valid driver's license and operational vehicle Ability to read basic blueprints and specifications Strong attention to detail and quality of work Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team Summary
