You'll lead a dedicated team of engineers, defining technical standards while managing budgets and optimizing maintenance strategies. You will also play a pivotal role in aligning corporate practices with ISO 55000 standards and navigating complex regulatory frameworks.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop engineering supervisors and engineers
- Ensure integration of standards with asset management strategies
- Oversee engineering authority and equipment approvals
- Conduct budget management for operational resources
- Predict equipment risks through advanced health indexingRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- Ontario Qualified Engineer license required
- Minimum five years of leadership experience
- Asset management knowledge preferred
