This role focuses on executing continuous improvement activities within the SAFe Agile framework. You will help ensure that operational teams are fully prepared for changes and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the Operational Readiness pipeline
• Monitor operational processes and identify improvement gaps
• Collaborate with product stakeholders and operational teams
• Estimate cost impacts and prepare reports
• Document technical processes and training needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience
• 2–3 years in process improvement roles
• Familiarity with Agile environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
