You'll create detailed estimates, ensure compliance with insurance requirements, and guide customers throughout the repair journey. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and document detailed damage estimates
• Ensure customer inquiries are handled promptly
• Uphold compliance with all insurance requirements
• Engage in productive team communication
• Participate in health and safety meetings as required
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• At least 1 year experience with DRP protocols
• Basic computer skills are necessary
• Commitment to I-CAR training completion
• Current valid Driver’s License
