About The JobAs a member of the Finance and Strategy team, you'll help shape strategic decisions across Hopper's verticals through deep financial intuition combined with AI‐accelerated modeling.What Your Day‐to‐Day Looks LikeBusiness Partnering – act as a strategic thought partner to business leaders, building and owning financial models that translate complex operational drivers into transparent strategic recommendations.Predictive Strategic Planning – architect long‐range forecasting models that go beyond static spreadsheets, using AI to simulate what‐if scenarios and build a resilient, code‐based roadmap for the next 3–5 years.Technical Infrastructure & Automation – build and maintain the code‐based systems powering the finance engine; use Claude to write, debug and optimize complex SQL and BigQuery workflows that automate real‐time dashboards and weekly performance briefings.Cross‐Functional Finance Support – partner with teams across the business – including Sales and Media – on forecasting, unit economics and performance tracking as priorities evolve.An Ideal Candidate HasA degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Math, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.5–7+ years of experience at a top‐tier tech company; investment banking background preferred.A proven track record of using Claude,
