Senior Change Manager – OCM & Communications

6-Month Contract | Hybrid – Montreal, QC

We are seeking a bilingual Senior Change Manager to support a complex enterprise transformation initiative. This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong organizational change management expertise, communications leadership and the ability to deliver at pace with limited guidance.

The successful candidate will lead the change communications workstream while supporting broader change-management activities, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, readiness, adoption and coaching junior resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end change communications workstream, including communications strategy, audience segmentation, key messaging, communication plans and calendars, content development, approvals, channel delivery and effectiveness measurement.
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and change impact assessments across multiple business groups.
- Develop and execute integrated change-management, communication, engagement and adoption plans.
- Partner with senior leaders, project teams and business stakeholders to align communications with transformation objectives.
- Translate complex project and technology information into clear, audience-appropriate communications in French and English.
- Identify change risks, resistance and readiness gaps, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Support leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, training and user-adoption activities.
- Monitor adoption and communication effectiveness using feedback,



engagement measures and other relevant indicators.
- Work autonomously within a quick-paced consulting and client environment.
- Coach and mentor junior change-management resources and review the quality of their deliverables.

Required Qualifications

- At least seven years of hands-on organizational change management experience.
- Demonstrated experience personally leading an end-to-end change communications workstream.
- Strong experience developing communication strategies, plans, messaging and content for large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Experience conducting stakeholder assessments, impact assessments and readiness assessments.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced private-sector, consulting or large enterprise environment.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to advise senior leaders and influence stakeholders.
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior change-management professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, including the ability to produce and deliver client-facing communications in both languages.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.




- Based in Greater Montreal and able to work onsite in downtown Montreal approximately two days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prosci, ADKAR or another recognized change-management certification or methodology.
- Experience supporting digital, technology, system implementation or business-transformation programs.
- Experience in banking, financial services, insurance or another regulated environment.
- Previous consulting experience within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.

Contract Details

- Initial six-month, full-time contract.
- Strong potential for extension based on project needs.
- Hybrid working model with approximately two days per week onsite in downtown Montreal.
- The selection process is expected to include two video interview rounds.
- Additional project and end-client information will be shared with qualified candidates during the recruitment process.
