Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and report suspicious activities in stores
• Engage customers positively while ensuring safety
• Utilize radio communication for security coordination




• Document incidents and maintain security reports
• Implement effective crowd management strategies
Requirements:
• 1 year experience in security, preferably retail-based
• Current Ontario Security License and CPR/First Aid
• Strong judgment and empathy in challenging situations
• Ability to work long shifts, up to 12 hours
• Familiarity with security laws and procedures
