Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional service in managing Spa reservations
• Audit and update all reports related to Spa segments




• Work closely with Sales and Reception to meet booking goals
• Assist in promoting treatments and retail offerings
• Support operations including record-keeping and guest services
Requirements:
• Sales or reservations experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of Opera PMS or CRS is a plus
• Robust analytical and multitasking abilities
• Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Flexibility in working hours and shifts
