Roadpost is seeking a Data Lead to build and own ZOLEO’s data foundation, including data lake, pipelines, analytics layer, and governance. You will partner with teams to ensure data is analytics-ready and free of bottlenecks, enabling product metrics, financial reporting, and AI initiatives. You will lead and coach data engineers while maintaining ~80% hands-on contribution, focusing on secure, scalable data access and responsible AI practices.
