This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer who is looking to build their practice in a supportive, client-focused workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in family law matters before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of JusticeManage a steady caseload, including hearings, conferences, motions, and trialsAttend court proceedings and advocate effectively on behalf of clientsOversee and manage legal issues arising between family members, including separation, divorce, parenting, and support mattersSupervise and participate in mediation and settlement discussionsProvide clear, practical legal advice to clients and internal staffMaintain organized and accurate case files,
