As part of Rhapsody's maintenance team, you'll report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. Your role encompasses addressing maintenance requests, performing vital repairs, and delivering exceptional service to residents. As a hands-on qualified, you'll ensure our properties meet safety standards while providing a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle service requests for in-suite and common area maintenance
• Conduct essential repairs, including plumbing and electrical work
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of grounds and common facilities




• Ensure timely reporting of maintenance issues to management
• Perform emergency procedures as necessary
Requirements:
• Completion of High School or GED
• At least 1 year of related maintenance experience
• Flexibility to participate in an on-call schedule
• Proficiency in using standard and electrical maintenance tools
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and safety standards
