QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Post-secondary education in a related field; A minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in aviation or a technical environment; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially SarePoint and Excel); Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Familiarity with SkyTrack or similar maintenance tracking systems is an asset; Proactive and detail oriented; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; Adaptable to evolving responsibilities and technologies.
