Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Basin reservations and guest inquiries efficiently
• Promote spa services and assist with bookings
• Ensure accurate daily reporting and record maintenance
• Collaborate with Facility attendants during peak times
• Handle other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Background in reservations or sales is advantageous
• Knowledge of booking systems like Book4Time an asset
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 20 lbs comfortably
