As a result of continuously growing our professional team, we have a challenging career opportunity for a Raw Materials / Steel Buyer in our Corporate Purchasing Department. The candidate for this position will be responsible for the procurement of all raw materials / steel for production in our fast-paced manufacturing facilities. We are recruiting for a new position Wage: $31 to $41 per hour Responsibilities

Competitively quote in a timely fashion for all steel and aluminum material, taking into consideration price, quality and delivery Ensure appropriate supply base is used for quoting and eventually awarding the product. Must identify if a customer dictated source is required prior to tendering quote Responsible for the follow-up of all steel claims for manufacturing costs encountered at the facilities Responsible for resolving accounting inconsistencies in invoicing to Contract Agreements Must have a strong understanding of manufacturing MRP - supplier releasing Requirements

College diploma or University degree in Business Admin with a focus on supply chain or purchasing 1-3 years administrative experience in a purchasing role with exposure to raw materials / steel buying. Must be bondable Travel is required. Valid drivers license for Windsor and Ontario,



with occasional plant and vendor visits to US and Mexico Demonstrate ability to work with large volumes of data and analyzing information Very detailed oriented and a high level of accuracy and thoroughness Proficient computer related skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and accurate data entry skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Robust communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Our goal is to attract talented and motivated individuals who possess the desire to excel in their field.
