We are looking for a proactive Kitchen Steward to ensure all plates and kitchen equipment are cleaned and organized efficiently. You will report to the Chef de Cuisine, ensuring the kitchen operates without a hitch. Emphasis on cleanliness and the ability to multi-task under pressure are key in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the dishwasher and clean all kitchen items
• Ensure all surfaces meet safety and hygiene standards
• Stock and organize food shipments effectively
• Perform general maintenance,



including mopping and garbage removal
• Clean and sanitize dish carts and mats regularly
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a culinary cleaning role is an asset
• Strong detail orientation and multi-tasking capabilities
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs as needed
• Must have reliable transportation for night shifts
• Capable of maintaining composure in a fast-paced setting
