RBC is seeking a dedicated Analyst to enhance risk data management from its Bedford, Canada office. This full time position focuses on data quality, operational control, and continuous process improvement.
In this role, you will execute controls and validate the integrity of risk data while addressing access requests. Your analysis will benefit the entire organization by identifying and resolving data quality issues promptly. Collaboration with team members will be crucial for effective problem resolution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: • Identify and address control gaps in BAU processes • Support continuous improvement of procedures • Generate operational reports in line with SLAs • Monitor daily exception reports and remediate issues • Ensure efficient execution of risk data processing
Requirements: • 1+ years of experience in operations or data analysis • Proficiency in decision-making regarding data integrity • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Knowledge of data management tools like Jira and Collibra • Ability to think critically to enhance existing processes
