This full time role partners with key personnel, including the Plant Manager. You'll manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while conducting thorough incident investigations and implementing safety training. Your commitment to continuous improvement will be critical for achieving our goal of zero incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to health and safety laws
• Identify workplace risks and implement solutions
• Participate in HSE training initiatives for staff
• Conduct audits and support improvement measures
• Follow up on corrective actions after incidents
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles
• Strong bilingual skills in French and English
• Educational background in related fields
• Solid grasp of Quebec HSE legislation
• HSE certifications (CCPSA or similar) required
