Job Summary
We are looking for an SAP Training Content Developer with experience in SAP/ERP content development and creating training materials, manuals, and user guides.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP/ERP training manuals and learning content.
- Create step-by-step training guides, user instructions, and process documentation.
- Work with SAP functional teams to understand business processes and system functionality.
- Convert technical SAP information into easy-to-understand training material.
- Review and update training content based on SAP system/process changes.
- Ensure content is accurate, clear, and consistent.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Experience creating training manuals, user guides, or learning content.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain SAP business processes in straightforward language.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- SAP functional knowledge is a plus.
