Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Superintendent to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our 18 unit building . The ideal candidate will possess management abilities , drivers license and expertise in property maintenance .

Duties
Manage and complete repair projects , ensuring timely completion while minimizing operational disruption .
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades .
Lawn and lot care .
Sidewalk and entry snowshoveling and salting .
Minor plumbing and electrical skills .
Apartment makeovers including painting of walls and ceilings as well as damage repairs .
Interior and exterior painting as required .
Ability to deal with existing and potetial tenants .
Ability to communicate and take instruction and suggestions as needed .
Must maintain provided accomodation (unit 103) in a neat and clean condition at all times .

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
