Life is Maid is hiring an experienced Residential Cleaner / Team Lead / Trainer to join our growing team!
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. This leadership role is perfect for someone with strong residential cleaning experience who enjoys mentoring others and leading by example.
Pay
$22.00–$25.00 per hour

Monday to Friday
Day shifts
Responsibilities
Perform high-quality residential cleaning.
Lead cleaning teams and ensure company standards are consistently met.
Train and mentor new team members.
Complete quality inspections and provide coaching when needed.
Communicate professionally with clients and management.
Help create a positive, supportive team setting.
Requirements
Residential cleaning experience is required.
Previous leadership or training experience is an asset.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Reliable, punctual, and skilled.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically capable of lifting, bending, reaching, and being on your feet throughout the day.
