In this dual-function role, you will play a vital part in organizing delivery operations while closely assisting the Dock Supervisor. Candidates should possess robust administrative skills, experience in logistics planning, and a deep understanding of freight flow management. You will be responsible for productive route planning, data management, and effective communication across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:



- Analyze inbound freight volumes for next-day delivery - Assign routes for over 55 drivers based on various factors - Input trips into the TMS system and monitor KPIs - Handle exceptions and reassign freight to meet windows - Provide clear handover updates after each shift
Requirements: - 2+ years in LTL dispatch or transportation planning - Familiarity with the GTA/Southern Ontario delivery network - Proficient with dispatch/TMS systems and Microsoft Office - Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills for overnight operations
