Tartelette Bakery & Café is looking for an experienced and passionate Line Cook to join our team at our Kanata location. We are seeking someone who has solid experience preparing high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes in a fast-paced kitchen based on our own recipe.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch menu items to our quality standards.
Set up and stock stations before each shift.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during busy hours.
Assist with food preparation, inventory, and daily kitchen duties.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook (brunch experience preferred).
Experience with eggs, breakfast items, sandwiches, and brunch service.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Food Handler Certification is an asset.
Schedule
Full-time or Part time
Morning shifts, including weekends and holidays is required
