Cemarose Children’s Fashion Boutique is a trendsetting children's clothing store located in downtown Vancouver, offering a outstanding selection of international luxury brands and independent designer brands in children's clothing, both in-store and online. We carry over 30 kids' fashion brands such as Fendi, Givenchy, BOSS, Balenciaga, Bonpoint etc. We are now looking for a Sales Assistant to join us and help us grow.
Responsibilities:
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers, this includes but not limited to instore & online.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Coordinate sales effort with team members.
Supply and stock management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Assist Store Manager and Assisting Store Manager on general store operations.
Responsible for the store organize and tidiness.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Qualifications:
One-year related work retail experience
Fluent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak Mandarin is required
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team setting
Previous experience with luxury clothing retail is preferred
Experience with international marketing is preferred
