Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering duties
Manage guest orders efficiently while providing friendly and attentive customer service
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
Assist with food preparation tasks to ensure timely service during busy periods
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales prospects
Ensure proper food safety practices are followed at all times, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures




Manage time effectively to meet service deadlines during peak hours
Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
Experience in food preparation, serving, or cashiering is desirable
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work well within a team
Prior kitchen or food industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
