Skills
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly valued
Proven experience in senior care, home care, or caregiving roles demonstrating compassion and patience
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or those experiencing dementia
Robust cleaning, meal preparation, and basic household management skills
Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with residents, families, and team members
