Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our energetic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items, assisting with meal assembly, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent food safety practices, and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation according to recipes and quality standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation standards
Assist in plating dishes for service, ensuring timely delivery to guests
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
Maintain proper food handling procedures during all stages of meal preparation
Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing supplies




Support the kitchen team during busy hours by performing various prep tasks as needed
Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored after use

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen setting preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
Basic understanding of serving protocols and meal presentation standards
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required

Pay: $17.60 per hour
