Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through policy issuance and follow-up.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients.
Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach, to expand client base.




Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company database.

Experience
Experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.
Solid analytical skills to assess client needs and market trends effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients.
Demonstrated success in outside sales or similar environments is preferred.
