We are currently hiring experienced Walkie, Dockstocker, and Crown Reach Operators for a busy warehouse operation in Etobicoke.
Walkie / Dockstocker / Crown Reach Operator
Location: Etobicoke, Ontario
Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday
Shift Length: 10 hours
Work Setting: Freezer / cold storage environment (approximately -22°C)
This is a hands-on warehouse position that is approximately 50% forklift operation and 50% order picking/warehouse work. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a very cold environment and performing physically demanding duties throughout a 10-hour shift.
Key Responsibilities
Operate Crown Reach, Dockstocker, and Walkie/Rider equipment
Pick and prepare customer orders
Build and wrap skids/pallets safely and accurately
Hand-bomb products as required
Load, unload, move and stage products
Perform general warehouse and material-handling duties
Maintain a clean and secure work area
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and productivity
Available Shifts
Sunday to Wednesday:
Day: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Requirements
Previous experience operating Walkie/Rider, Dockstocker and Crown Reach
Valid forklift certification/licence as required
Warehouse/order-picking experience
Comfortable building skids and performing manual material handling
Able to perform physically demanding work for a full 10-hour shift
Comfortable working in a freezer workplace of approximately -22°C
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to work the required Sunday–Wed
Pay: $21.00 per hour
