As an LPN with Leisure Way Group Home your role will consist of attending to the daily care needs of our residents. You will have a team of two HCA’s assisting in support of the daily care and activities. Your work setting consists of two separate care homes located on acreage properties just south of Medicine Hat.

We are a small cluster workplace that focuses on one-to-one person-centred care. Our care homes have been established to create a home-like setting, which allows for a communal atmosphere and opportunities for our residents to socialize with each other and staff. There is constant collaboration within our team of staff, directors and owners to meet the daily care needs of our residents who call Leisure Way their home.
