Summary
We are seeking a skilled Millwright Supervisor to join our team in Ontario. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and optimizing our construction operations, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality services in the water and wastewater sector.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Document maintenance activities and report on equipment status.
Assist in training junior staff on best practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in programmable logic controllers.
Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices and safety protocols.
Proficient in welding techniques and HVAC systems (preferred).
Ability to read schematics, blue prints, P&ID;'s and technical documents.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English.
