Absolute Must:
Must have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Must possess good negotiation skills and excellent judgment
Must have excellent customer service skills, a robust work ethic with exception interpersonal skills
Requirements:
Implement full cycle Accounts Payable
Match invoices to supporting documentation (P.O’s packing slips etc.)
Check invoice pricing
Prepare batches of invoices to be entered into the system
Resolve any discrepancies that occur by retrieving supporting documentation
Respond to any vendor inquiries
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments as required
Printing, photocopying and filing
Assist with internal & external audits as needed
Additional duties may be assigned as required
Reception backup
Ideally:
Must have excellent Communication Skills, Customer Service & Interpersonal skills
Knowledge of TransportationPlus TMS, HubTran, and Quickbooks would be an asset
Intermediate Excel skills
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Be willing to work in a rapid paced environment
Must be able to handle high volume of paper work
Must be responsible and reliable
Must be able to work independently, and as a team player
Business / Accounting Educational background, or related work experience
